The City of Minto offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders or debit/credit cards. There is a fee for debit/credit card payments. There is a drop box (outside) on the East side of the Minto Community Center. You can also leave your payment at KodaBank in Minto, the address is 521 2nd Street (either inside or use the night deposit).
Payment with City of Minto's Online Bill Pay
A hassle free way to pay your bill! We have recently added the ability to pay online via ACH. Just click the link in the red "Pay Your Bill Now" link. Payments can be made with a debit or credit card (there is a 3% processing fee). Payments may now be made with an ACH from your checking account (there is a flat $1.75 fee).
When you use online bill pay you need to enter your last name (for businesses it will by your business name) and account number. If your account number has leading zeroes (for example 001), you just need to enter the number 1 (no leading zeroes).
You can also sign up for a recurring ACH payment to be drawn from your checking/savings account monthly for a nominal fee of $1.75 per month (which is added to the transaction). The form is here: Recurring ACH Payment Authorization Form
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
